“I really liked the condo I booked for our weekend in Myrtle Beach. There were only a few little things I didn't like but I think I would still book the same condo if these things were fixed. The main issue was the lighting in the main bedroom with the balcony. There is one light in this room and it's a small track lighting that CONSTANTLY flickers. It obviously has a short somewhere but it's like sitting with a strobe light. We eventually just shut it off and sat in the dark at night because……

“Everything was perfect so much so, we wanted to extend our stay. The customer service at the front desk was amazingly very unprofessional and not at all empathetic. I was told we could not extend our stay because their computer was down and we would have to check out. I asked since we were only extending one day could we pay in cash and they could put it in when their issue was resolved. I was told no that they were completely down, they weren’t taken any extensions or checking anyone in and had……
