“Property was clean, check in was a breeze, and the location was great - truly a 3 minute walk to the beach. Loved all of the extras they provided - soaps, shampoo, conditioner, paper products, etc. Owner is very responsive. We would definitely stay again”

“We stayed at this property for a week in early June, 2025. It was as advertised in the listing! Very clean, easy check-in, and many amenities in the development. It was also very close to a beach access (0.20 miles per my Apple Watch)—which was a pleasant surprise! Also, there was a pool specifically for our development, so not crowded, and another beach access with restrooms within 0.35 miles (again per my Apple Watch). The area was quiet and the neighbors we spoke to were very kind. The……

“Great stay. We loved the resort, access to the beach, and the rental. Had everything we needed. A/C stopped working the first day we arrived, but one phone call and they were right on it. Would recommend and would stay here again.”

“Loved the value for the price, the size of the villa, the furnishings that allowed us to spread out. Wasn't the unit pictured in the photo but worked out fine. Some confusion at check-in, unit wasn't ready at 4pm check-in time and they didn't have our paperwork completed from the day before, so we had to wait a while.”

“A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. ”

“Lichfield is the perfect location for families who want to spend time at the beach, the pool, and explore PI, MI, Gtown, etc. The check in process was very easy, room was ready on time, etc. The property is in decent shape and is just fine for a beach vacation. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. It wasn't gross, but it had obviously been forgotten. Floor and toilet had not been cleaned after previous guests. The other bathroom had a faulty shower. The valve must be broken, and……
