“I was a little scared after reading reviews but am so glad I gave it a try! Our room was clean and definitely no issues with our ac as we actually had to turn it up because it was freezing. Our room also had a coffee pot and two chairs on the balcony so I think it just depends on which room you get. Everyone we met that either lived there or worked there were super friendly and even invited us to join a cookout they were having to celebrate a residents birthday. Can’t beat the price for the……

“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. “The stay was great. The hotel had just opened so some services were limited. The staff was friendly; however, there was a barking dog in the adjacent room most of the morning. But this was not addressed quickly since the front desk didn’t answer the phone deposited many calls. ”
