“This was our first trip to Georgetown and we loved it. The little apartment (and it is little, but very cleverly payed out to maximize space) was right in the middle of town so once we parked we could walk to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and view. The property manager was very quick to respond to all our questions and recommended some excellent restaurants. The only reason I gave the apartment 4 stars instead of 5 was because you did hear the movement in the hallway by other……

Great location to get to the courses we played, especially since one of them was World Tour Golf Links. Roomy and comfortable, the condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. “Property was great. Plenty of room. Property as described. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of towels and washcloths were available. The location was perfect for tailgating at CCU. Only suggestions I would have is some basic seasoning in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. Maybe add a guest book with nearby attractions such as favorite restaurants or menus and check out instructions. Although check out was very simple and host was quick to respond with answers.
