“Location was great for beach, Highlands State Park and restaurants. Property however, was showing wear and condition. Plumbing fixtures dated and hard to use. Second bedroom had no blackout drapes. Also, listing was not clear that the unit is two floors with both baths and bedrooms on the lower level which required many trips up and down the stairs. ”

“it took us 25 minutes to check in because the property manager had nothing about our reservation in the system. Tiny, postage stamp size with barely room to move. The bedroom walls were so close to the bed. You couldn’t even walk next to it! There is no kitchenette. There is a refrigerator and microwave directly across from the bathroom in the hallway. The only sink is the sink in the bathroom. It is not beachfront! There is no deck! You can look out the window to an old parking lot! And there……
