“The location of the property was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and close to everything we had planned. Definitely a recommended area for a family vacation and a pet friendly home. Very spacious and clean with all the amenities that you could ask for. Five stars! ”

“The only issues we had were the air conditioning not working initially and a little later than expected for checking in. The air was fixed by 10:00 the first night. Overall a wonderful house with plenty of room for our crew. ”

“We had a wonderful week at High Tide! We stayed with four couples, and the house was a perfect fit for us all, plenty of space, comfortable gathering areas, and fantastic beach access. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to beach towels and chairs, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The beach and the views were spectacular!The only downside was the downstairs bedroom mattress, which wasn’t very comfortable, but moving upstairs to the fourth bedroom……

“This was a great getaway for the family. Beds were very comfy and we enjoyed the extra space to spread out for differing activities. Very quiet and plenty of outside fun with the beach and fishing creek/dock. Some enjoyed collecting seashell and watching the waves, while others enjoyed a kayak ride. Get groceries before you arrive and there is really no need to ever leave! Thanks for sharing your fabulous home!”

“Lovely home in a great location on Pawleys! My family had a great time staying here for a week in August. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. ”

The location is convenient to amenities and is one of the less crowded areas surrounding Myrtle Beach.Beach access was easy, just a short drive from the property to parking area. The house was clean, spacious, well-appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. Check in and check out were very easy and the hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely in this property again.”

“This was a great house for families!! The location was good! Plenty of space for our kids and grandkids! Washer and dryer were such a help. The only thing I was disappointed with was I thought the house came with creek access and a dock and it did not. The view online made it seem like it had a dock but the dock online was not for this house. Otherwise this was a great vacation house!!!”

“What a cozy, warm & relaxed getaway we enjoyed at Dad’s Lega Sea with our mini Bernedoodle. Perfectly comfortable for the 3 of us & room to spare! “We had two families come to stay at Litchfield - have stayed in various parts of the resort before in condos and houses. Charlestowne has a handful of advantages - more private, private pool, private beach access, and generally quieter. The beach is much less crowded than other areas and the pool has better amenities and requires a keycard to get into. House location - very close to the pool and beach - easy to walk to (less than 3 minutes). Views of the marsh as well as parts of the beach /……

“This house fit our needs perfectly! The owners and property manager were responsive to our needs, although we really didn’t have any due to the fact that the house was stocked with all of the supplies listed in the description. The location of the house provided easy access to many interesting sites. We used the six-seat golf cart to easily get to and from the beach.
