“If I could give it more than a 5 star I would. I have stayed at Litchfield by the Sea for many years but never stayed in Heron Marsh. The property is shaded with beautiful live oaks. The screened in back porch that backed up to the marsh was my favorite place. The living spaces were large and very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“We loved our stay here! Super clean, very friendly hosts with excellent, timely communication, plus a great location two stop signs from the beach and close to amenities! The house was stocked with all kinds of odds & ends too which is helpful in case you forgot something. This is without a doubt the cleanest rental we’ve had. We will definitely stay here again!”

“Communication with the rental company was awesome. Everyone said the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was centered between everything that we needed to do. Our longest drive was 15 minutes out to an activity. Would definitely recommend.”

“We originally booked Family Tree. However, a few days before our trip, we were notified that the unit had been double-booked and were offered alternative, “comparable” accommodations. Unfortunately, for us we decided to take the host up on this offer. Let's just say based on both reviews of Family Tree and our own experience, these accommodations were far from comparable. The unit had a broken window shade, a dirty mattress, what appeared to be melted ice cream all over the outside sidewalk……
