“The condo was a great size to sleep all 3 of us (three generations, so no two together in a bed). It was very clean and efficiently sized for our group. The kitchen table was tiny though, so when we wanted to get together with the others in our group staying in a different condo, that got hard. “If I could give it more than a 5 star I would. I have stayed at Litchfield by the Sea for many years but never stayed in Heron Marsh. The property is shaded with beautiful live oaks. The screened in back porch that backed up to the marsh was my favorite place. The living spaces were large and very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“Lichfield is the perfect location for families who want to spend time at the beach, the pool, and explore PI, MI, Gtown, etc. The check in process was very easy, room was ready on time, etc. The property is in decent shape and is just fine for a beach vacation. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. It wasn't gross, but it had obviously been forgotten. Floor and toilet had not been cleaned after previous guests. The other bathroom had a faulty shower. The valve must be broken, and……

“We stayed at this property for a week in early June, 2025. It was as advertised in the listing! Very clean, easy check-in, and many amenities in the development. It was also very close to a beach access (0.20 miles per my Apple Watch)—which was a pleasant surprise! Also, there was a pool specifically for our development, so not crowded, and another beach access with restrooms within 0.35 miles (again per my Apple Watch).
