“Lichfield is the perfect location for families who want to spend time at the beach, the pool, and explore PI, MI, Gtown, etc. The check in process was very easy, room was ready on time, etc. The property is in decent shape and is just fine for a beach vacation. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. It wasn't gross, but it had obviously been forgotten. Floor and toilet had not been cleaned after previous guests. “A wonderful spot on the lake. Peace and quiet. I gave the check in 5 stars because we checked in mid week and we were the only ones checking in. One a weekend, we have seen long lines out of the door. The 4 stars for cleanliness is because the porch furniture was not clean. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was spotless..We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. ”

“The overall unit was clean, but the shower in the master bath was moldy, the whole master bath could use updating. the windows in the master bedroom were so fogged you couldn't see through them, the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were too small and kept popping off while sleeping. The kitchen seemed to have been updated and was nice.”

“The property was just as described and clean. Couldn't find one thing to complain about on cleanliness. We had all we needed in the kitchen, etc. as well. The pool was a short walk and parking below the building was simple. We did drive each day to the beach access, as it would have been a bit of a haul with the kiddos, but parking was easy and the restrooms by the beach were very nice. We would stay again and highly recommend. ”

“We had a wonderful stay that included our family plus a boyfriend and girlfriend. Great dinner at Costa . Enjoyed playing pickleball at the courts. Condo had great very but a little disappointing that the ice maker did not work and the kitchen sink continuously filled with water . Otherwise, we had a great stay .”

“The location and size is what is saving the review from going below 3 stars. The unit is in great need of maintenance I'll list a few things as it seems the owner/property manager is either not aware of the issues or does not care to correct (I hope not). Sections of quarter round loose and/or discolored from being wet; ceiling fans needing cleaning and/or repair; bathroom vents needing cleaning; shower door missing handle which made it difficult to open door and get out; shower not totally……
