“We had a great 3 nights. Litchfield is our go to place for July 4th. The condo was just as described. Perfect location with the tennis courts/pool across the way and the beach not much further. Easy walking distance even with our gear. The back porch over looking the pond was so relaxing in the mornings and late evenings. Close to all of the restaurants and shopping Pawleys and Litchfield have to offer. We had friends staying all over LBtSea so it was nice to walk to where they were all……

“My sister and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in your top notch unit! It was super clean, a beautiful location, excellent communication, very well equipped and an overall wonderful experience!We had the best seafood at incredible restaurants and despite some rainy days, we enjoyed perfect beach days too. And a preview to the June full Moon we spent tons of time reading and bird watching on the screened in porch. We will be back ! Thank you ”

“Condo was spacious and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, easy going (being off -season.). Grocery store nearby. Condo was very comfortable w great porch, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, each having a tub. Kitchen well-appointed. If coming up from south, have to drive a few north of community to check in but process was easy. There is not an elevator for this second floor unit, fyi, but it’s just two short flights of stairs and parking is footsteps away. Condo was very comfortable, spacious,……

“I had a fantastic stay at this property. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the beds are super comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which was so convenient! All the appliances were in great working condition, and it was such a bonus to have a washer and dryer on-site.The only thing to note is that the kitchen doesn’t have basic staples like salt, pepper, or oil, so if you plan to cook, make sure to bring or purchase……

The place is immaculate and we all value cleanliness! The first floor is convenient and the pool was a delightful end to every beach day. We had everything we needed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
