“Location was amazon and condo was comfy for two people. Beach access was nice. Staff was very accommodating even though we were booked through VRBO.The following is not a complaint, just a heads-up: some people prefer a very firm mattress, but we do not. Woke up with back pain every morning. The sides of the tub are pretty high and thick making it difficult to get in and out. There are no grab bars. We went out the first morning and bought an anti-slip mat for the tub to make it safer to get in……

“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite……

“The condo was filthy. Left over hair in showers, blood stains on sheets. The furniture was broken down pretty bad. The garage code was changed right before our trip and we were never contacted. Best part was the view. Everything else was noted, the boardwalk is under construction and is loud occasionally. The price for this unit was not worth what was inside. We were very disappointed. ”

“Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. ”

“The property was updated from the original booking photos. The property was pretty well maintained, when we did arrive there was some frozen popsicles left in the freezer. Communication could have been in instructions to advise where to take out trash etc. Do ensure you bring your own products as they do not supply extra. Was really convenient having a washer and dryer on site, the buttons were pushed in on the machine but still operated. You got a clear front view of the ocean. We would……

“Enjoyed my stay at the condo. The view is breathtaking. The place needs to be updated but was nice. Pool facility was not very clean and outdated. The only thing I did not like the loud motorcycles at night during bike week and one of the neighbors smoking cigarettes when the building is a non-smoking building . My suggestion is not to go during that time. I would definitely stay there again.”
