“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“Check in was very easy and person at the desk was very polite. The bellman desk was also awesome . Had a late flight and they kept my bag till I left for the airport. My room was cleaned every day which I really appreciated. I was there for a week and was in the convention area most the time. It’s not a bad walk at all. Don’t forget to visit the ice cream store! Dining is reasonably priced for a hotel. The bar area also serves food. There’s a coffee shop that has Starbucks coffee and……

“Would stay again. Loved the condo. The only downside is the cordless vac was not working and there was no broom. Combined with a beach trip this made the cleanliness go away.”

“It felt like home it was clean and very easy to access no waiting. But you can’t get in early because of the cleaning earliest was like 3”

“Clean, large, welcoming suite. Security at the gate was good. Pool area was clean and was not crowded even when large crowds were at the pool. Staff very friendly. Room did not have working jets in tub. Patio door blinds did not function resulting in early rise mornings. Overall good experience and will definitely go back when in Myrtle Beach. ”

“The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave. The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite……
