“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel.
The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny
But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”
“The carpets were horrible with stains! Not vacummed enough! Elevator was super slow and not too mention it needs 2 elevators! The carpet in our room was ok but needs to be cleaned also!!”

“Great place to stay but the 15 minute unloading needs to be monitored.several cars parked overnight and left no space for those checking out in the morning. I had no choice but to walk several trips to and from the parking garage ”
