“The host was fantastic, the access to the beach is right across the street so it was very easy for us to take our 4 small kids back and forth to the beach. The fact that there is a laundry room at the complex is a game changer. But the condo itself was great. Plenty of room for me, my wife, and 4 kids. ”

“Area was sketchy. People sleeping outside in front of doors, steps was so steep going into our loft it was extremely dangerous (pic is deceiving). Two vents in the place was dripping. The one in the bathroom dripped on you while sitting on the toilet. We hit our heads multiple times and the people under us was smoking which we smelt every time we walked through the shared door. I chose this mainly because it was in Garden City and pet friendly but there was hardly no grass for pets to potty in,……
