“We visited this house for our son's senior spring break in 2025 and enjoyed the location, which is one of our favorites. The house was spacious and well-stocked with essentials. However, we encountered a few issues. The pool wasn't heated, and two steps on the back porch kept breaking due to poor wood quality. We contacted maintenance twice, and they resolved the step issue. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't functional, so we had to wash dishes by hand. Additionally, the dryer left burn marks……

“The location is great but the house was dirty and we found underwear and other items in drawers. Also the gas grill was locked up and we could not use even after we called to see how to unlock it. Apparently the owners felt it was ok to punish us for the damage done by precious renters. I should have looked at their reviews before I rented.”

We wanted a 5 BR home on the inlet with a dock to keep our boat and close to the beach. TT has 6 BRs with 6.5 baths, great dock……
