“It's an older motel, but they keep it up every year. All rooms are oceanfront and it has a little store at the corner of the building. Pet friendly and family friendly. Price is VERY reasonable! “Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Beautiful, historic property on the ocean beside the brand new Surfside Beach pier. Clean room with all the amenities. Easy, plentiful, safe parking. “This property was very nice. The only reason I’ve given the area around four is because my room due to hotel to the right and at first when I went there, it was not pleasing to the eye, but as we stayed there, it really wasn’t bad so that’s why I’m giving it to four so if you stay in the signature collection ask for inside room or not to have the room as to the right of the I think it’s called the epic hotel.
