“Front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful checking in on Monday May 19 at 5 pm. There was not any luggage dollies or bellmen available anywhere. The room and balcony was great. We loved the music at ocean Annie’s. Great to have 2 places to eat on site! Pool and lazy river had so much seating! Sheet was scratchy. “The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night.
