“We stayed at this property for four nights in a three bedroom suite ocean front. Our stay was everything we desired. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff are helpful and courteous, but the showstopper was suite. We did experience a slight issue with the air conditioner. However, once I called maintenance, Panda came within 20 minutes and completely rectified the issue! The location is walkable to many restaurants, strip activities and highlights. “Location is PERFECT. The beach, boardwalk, skyline, and so many stores are within walking distance. The rooms are decently clean. The shower curtain could definitely be replaced, though. Shower is nice and hot but the water pressure isnt the best. We did have a problem with the floors making our feet black but the staff was amazing and promptly fixed the issue. Note to add: if you’re under 26 you have to pay a $100 deposit. The website I booked our room on didn’t mention that. Great price & good……

“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“For the for the price I paid, we found ants in the bathroom, the guide on the TV would not work, the parking was a block away and very congested. The kitchen faucet leaked, The floors were never swept, room phone didn't work, and the moldings on the living room floor were broken. ”
