“Front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful checking in on Monday May 19 at 5 pm. There was not any luggage dollies or bellmen available anywhere. The room and balcony was great. We loved the music at ocean Annie’s. Great to have 2 places to eat on site! Pool and lazy river had so much seating! Sheet was scratchy. Plenty of pillows and we could not use our plug in Roku on the tv. Internet was slow. The view was amazing. The beach was wide with lots of soave; very easy to get to from resort. Rental……

“Everything was very nice, I loved the spacious suit. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We even had 2 balconies with a nice view of the pool and the marina. “The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“Wonderful place to stay. Close to great shopping area and restaurants. Stayed in a 2 bedroom in the towers. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Loved the large oceanfront balcony. The pools are fabulous except for the constant eighties music . Poolside food was just average. I would stay here again.”

“Property was comfortable, breakfast was excellent with polite and accommodating kitchen staff. Only drawback was that the front desk got our reservation confused after one night of a 3 night reservation and threatened to put our possessions in storage while we were on an excursion outside of cell service. Luckily when we returned to service, I received multiple voicemails and returned the call to get the situation resolved before they emptied our room. Also wanted to use the pool but the water……
