“Front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful checking in on Monday May 19 at 5 pm. There was not any luggage dollies or bellmen available anywhere. The room and balcony was great. We loved the music at ocean Annie’s. Great to have 2 places to eat on site! Pool and lazy river had so much seating! Sheet was scratchy. Plenty of pillows and we could not use our plug in Roku on the tv. Internet was slow. The view was amazing. The beach was wide with lots of soave; very easy to get to from resort. Rental……

“The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. ”

“Looks like they're doing some serious cleaning and remodeling. Our room was nice, but the bathroom was dirty. In their defense, it was cleaned spotless and all worked out great. I'll stay again, very nice lady for our late check in.”
