“Room 224, outlets loose, fridge noisy and wobbles, needs USB ports. Toilet runs . Needs adjustment. Room Comfortable but need to check on needs by maintenance. Sad….”

“Overall I liked the condo and would probably stay here again depending on the rate. There were a few updates/changes I would make If I were the owner. The room with the bunk beds has TERRIBLE lighting. Literally just one bedside lamp that puts off hardly any light, and the queen bed in that room makes a terrible squeaking racket any time you move. It also has no room or storage for luggage or clothing which was inconvenient. Having two bathrooms was very nice and the livingroom and kitchen area……

“We stayed at this property for four nights in a three bedroom suite ocean front. Our stay was everything we desired. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff are helpful and courteous, but the showstopper was suite. We did experience a slight issue with the air conditioner. However, once I called maintenance, Panda came within 20 minutes and completely rectified the issue! The location is walkable to many restaurants, strip activities and highlights. We felt very safe in this location. I highly……

“Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. ”

“There was no directio. On where to empty garbage cans in the room. There was not enough towels. Since this is a private owned room, we had to try to figure out garbage disposal and there were not enough towels. Parking was not clear so we needed to call a gain and again. The room was nice. The neighbors were loud at night. The pools were not very clean.”

“The check in staff, more specifically Ginny at the front desk, was outstanding. Our room was not really cleaned good, crumbs left on the table, it was noticeable that it was a quick cleaning job.”
