“We had a very large room which was clean and well presented. Parking in the street was convenient with a free parking permit and we enjoyed the walk into the city. Unfortunately the host was unwell and cooked breakfast was unavailable that day so can't comment on it. We enjoyed our stay in Carlisle.”

“After a 10-hr journey, this was heaven. The staff were friendly and welcoming, food was plentiful and delicious, and the room was well-appointed. The shower had high-pressure hot water and the orange/basil scented soaps and lotions are divine. ”

“We will definitely be back. It is a very thoughtfully prepared cottage-stay. It is a serene place with stunning views from the back and runner-ducks for the children to spot and enjoy each morning. Lovely little village with amenities, nice pubs and walks not far away. All rooms are very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. “I had a great stay,I booked the unit a day before my arrival and once booked I received all the check in info immediately, no key was needed all acess is through a keypad system which is nice.The unit was very spacious and cozy,I really liked the kitchen set-up,Carlisle is a wonderful city and fun to explore and the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the train station.”
