“convenient location, but not much in the neighborhood, ”

“Staff were great on check in. Lobby was clean as was our room. The only thing we didnt like was the neighbourhood. There's a derelict, closed old Days Inn hotel next door and a closed mall, made us concerned about the safety of our vehicle. Staff reassured us there were no issues. ”

“The luggage racks carts wheels are horrible! We had a lot of luggage for our month long trip. Manuering these carts was very difficult. I let management know. He offered to assist me, very helpful. He said he has advised owner/management. Otherwise, beautiful facility. Area seems to be depressed. Closed Mall next door.”
