“This place is the ace, young new owners who are clearly putting the effort in. Rooms are fresh and inviting. The basic breakfast of hot coffee and home made banana bread is all we needed before hitting the road again. But what impressed us the most is their effort to do away with single use plastics, we really hope the big chains take note and follow this establishments practices and bring North Americas standards in line with the rest of the world in reducing single use plastic and waste. ”

“The Traut Cabin is an incredible VRBO property! The detail taken to make this cabin a “home away from home” superseded all expectations. Pictures do not capture the beautiful views from the cabin with justice. Breathtaking views in person! The location is central to so many adventures - Cody, Yellowstone, Bighorn Mountains…. Great attractions within a 5 mile radius too. You just have to watch for the clues via highway signs. We highly recommend the Traut Cabin!”
