“总体来说这是一家不错的家庭旅馆，老板员工比较客气，但是我们入住时遇到了小小的不愉快，我们预订了2间双人间及1间三人间各2天，结果到达时酒店说网站只预订了各一间，另外一间只能安排到其他宾馆，电话30多分钟与网站沟通的结果依然如此，不知道是网站的原因还是酒店的原因。”

“Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable. "Stayed in this hotel for four nights. Except for the lack of air conditioning, dim bathroom lighting, and unstable shower water pressure, the hotel gave us a high floor and we could see the Eiger. The breakfast was rich and everything else was very good. The hotel is located in the city center. There is a supermarket and bus station downstairs. It is close to the train station. The hotel also provides free bus transportation cards, which makes travel more convenient. Nearby attractions include First and Fantasy Mountain Wave. Other places can be transferred to trains or cable cars to Jungfrau, Mannlichen, Wengen, and Lauterbrunnen. I will stay here again next time. "
