“We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again!”

“Enjoyed a week stay here in Clayton July 2025. It’s a large space for a 1 bedroom. Clean and as described.Good communication w/Evolve mgmt company. Could walk to Downtown and we enjoyed the sunsets there and the cute places to eat and shop. All the little towns around there to explore also. ”

“My husband and I stayed at K’s Motel over the weekend for a wedding. It was very clean and the hosts were great at communicating. The AC worked wonderfully, even better than my own at home. The bed was comfy and it was true king bed. I’ve been to some properties that advertise king beds that are really queens or queens that are really fulls… here we got what we reserved. Blankets and sheets were comfy as well. The rates were the most reasonable of anything else that weekend in the area. The……
