"我訂的是雙床房。 在訂房時已經把需求列明，需要兩張單人床及泊車服務， 结果酒店方便沒有回覆也沒有準備。 附近的車位也滿了，非常狼狽。 房間的床是由兩張單人床組合而成的雙人床，店方也沒有準備好，需要經過交涉才為我們預備多一個床單， 把床變成兩張單人床。 房間應該是油療養院改建而成， 廁所地板有沒有平整好， 洗澡後全個廁所積水。"
