“The little cabin on site was perfect and had all the basic amenities and snacks we needed! The wine selections (all locally sourced!) were full bodied and everything they were promised to be! Nicole (co-owner), walked us through our flights, took her time getting to know us and celebrated our anniversary with us. We didn't find anything on the menu we didn't find delicious. The whole property was quiet, and relaxing. We haven't slept that well in years. (Pre-toddler life) If you're looking for……

“Overall a nice property. No cellphone service at all but WiFi worked great. Close to neighborin Some minor issues like the lighter that was available for the fire pit did not work and the hot tub smelled really bad of chlorine or chemicals and felt slimey.”

“We took a girls trip 5 women ages 35-55. We absolutely loved this place. Serene and comfortable. It could’ve easily accommodated more. We honestly could’ve just hung out at the house without sightseeing. It’s the perfect location to relax with a good book if you have little ones they would also love this place. The creek and game room would’ve provided our kids a good time if we had wanted to bring them lol 10 out of 10 recommend.”

We caught a bunch of fish in the small pond, nothing was biting in the large pond (but we did star gaze there one night) it was extremely relaxing, neighbors were close but not loud. Hot tub was great after hiking all day! Would definitely come back in the fall! ”

“This cabin exceeds expectation in every way. Our extended family recently spent a long weekend at Amber Hills Lodge and we did not want to leave. The space itself is large yet cozy, private yet accessible, rustic enough for a true escape from the city, yet full of unique amenities suitable for all ages. And the views are spectacular. Every corner of the cabin was spotless - not a cobweb to be found. The beds and linens were clearly new, plush, and super comfortable (as was all the furniture).……

“We were very impressed with our stay at the Acorn. We enjoyed the back deck and watched some wildlife. The property was great for our dog also. Lastly the power went out once and thankfully the backup generators kicked on and we were able to comfortably enjoy our stay! ”

The property was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked including new pots/pans, etc. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were new and clean, but you may want to bring your pillows from home. The hot tub was amazing and made for a relaxing evening! Overall, a fabulous few days away from it all. Be careful on the backroads though!”

“My family and I stayed at The Craft House for a long weekend in October 2024 and explored the parks in Hocking Hills. We enjoyed the simple and quiet atmosphere of Geneva Hills. There were many other occupants at Geneva Hills at the time of our stay but it seemed like we were the only ones there. The grounds were well kept with many walking paths and scenery to enjoy while at Geneva Hills, and Hocking Hills State Park was a short 30-40 minute drive away. The Craft House was clean, well kept,……
