“This condo is perfect for vacationers. Nautical decor and accessories and plenty of cooking supplies and games, towels, 3 bathrooms, 3 TV's, and more. And there is intercoastal pier for fishing and a good size pool for sunning and swimming. We love it and wish we could rent it for longer.”

The property is professionally managed and it's very easy to communicate with the host. Treat yourself to this 'real' historic home. Family and friends will thank you. ”

“The house was neat and clean. plenty of room for us to enjoy being with each other. we played cards, shot pool,watched movies. The beach was close enough you could stay on on the side streets to get there. wish i would have checked the jelly fish reportbefore going though. the swimming pool and hot tub were too cold to play in just that time of year. maybe june or july would be betterthis is no reflection on the house”

“We recently stayed at this home on St. Simons and overall had a good experience, mostly due to the great location. It's close to everything, and the neighborhood is lovely. The house itself definitely has good bones but could use some updates. It has a bit of a shabby feel, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our time.A few things to note: the downstairs AC doesn’t work very well. We were there during cooler weather, so it wasn’t a huge issue, but I imagine it could be pretty uncomfortable……

“Was hoping for a view of the beach, but there was just a sliver. Ocean quite visible, along with buildings. Bed only okay. Shower same. Free parking and easy access to beach and attractions.”

“This cottage is perfect. Centrally located to the center of town. You can walk everywhere. It is compact. We didn’t want to spend a tremendous amount of time indoors so this perfect. The courtyard is perfect for mornings coffee or evenings conversation.The bed was comfy. Highly recommend for 2-3 people.”
