“The condo was situated on the 5th floor with an elevator located nearby. The building was well maintained and the property clean without debris. This is a very quiet area with mostly condos or homes. Our condo was exceptionally clean with everything in good working order. The furniture and bed were comfortable with plenty of towels/linen available. From our patio, we had breathtaking views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean, especially at sunrise. Easy to get down to the beach via the condo……

“This unit is perfect for exploring Fernandina Beach. You get the benefit of being close to the ocean and still being in easy reach of all of the restaurants and shops on Centre Street. The unit was very comfortable, and well equipped for cooking in if that's your desire. Being a corner unit and having the extra windows was a big plus. While not quite "oceanfront" the view from the patio (and the bedroom) was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!”

We like to cook and stay in, so the kitchen could have used a few more items, but that's not a deal breaker. “Beautiful view of the ocean. Super easy access to the ocean and pool. Comfortable condo with everything you neeed at the beach and in the kitchen. Kerig coffee machine, washer and dryer with detergen pods, dish washing soap and detergent included, hand soaps and shampoos, cleaners and cleaning tools included.
