“The place had beautiful views and easy access to the waterfront. The owner was kind in letting us use their kayaks and canoe without question or hesitation. We all loved the layout of the place, as it was spacious enough to accommodate 6 people but still kept that cozy vibe. If you're planning on staying ANYWHERE in Stark NH, THIS is your best choice. ”

“Wonderful property with a great layout. We had 2 families stay for a trip to Santa’s village and had plenty of space for our weekend trip. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meals and the property was within 10 minutes of some local dining places. Very convenient to Santa’s village. About 5 minutes away. It rained most of our trip so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and deck furniture, but there were games available and we were able to relax inside. Would stay……

“Small cozy cabin, nice area, a bit loud because is right in front of the main road, bathroom was not clean, i booked 3 Adults and got one cabin with a small bed, unable to rest, reached out host no answer.”

“Had everything we needed, quiet and scenic spot to explore the lake, state park, fall color, and northern lights. The porch was a great spot to watch ducks and loons in the morning and sit in the sun. The cabin was well stocked (kitchen items, linens, firewood, games) and was a great spot for a lazy day too. Megan was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Loved it! The isolation is exactly what we needed. I enjoyed keeping the wood stove going and checking on the solar and generator personally. Would recommend to anyone to listen to John's directions exactly...dont trust your gps(although we found Google Maps and Waze to work perfect)..the cabin is on a dead end private road in the mountains...our friends found that apple maps sent them down a snow mobile trail, luckily a wrecker was able to get to them and tow them out. Endless trails and forest……

“ Joe and Donna’s lake home is beautiful with all the amenities and comfort’s of home. This is now my “happy place”! I especially enjoyed being able to use the canoe and kayaks and have unlimited access to the pond. We saw beaver, Canadian Geese and even a loon during on our stay. Joe and Donna are very responsive and full of tips on hiking and sightseeing in this beautiful countryside. I can’t wait to book my next stay! ”

“Great little cabin for a get away in any season. Very convenient to town right off the main road yet set far enough back that you feel like you are off the beaten path. Perfect setting over looking the stream, which, of course is frozen in February but must be amazing in the spring and summer”

“If you're looking for a complete change of scenery from a dense city to a calm Forest but still maintain comforts of your home, you have come to the right place. We had an amazing time at the majestic place - in it's truest sense. Cons- it needed deep cleaning as the were bugs and wasps in sun room and balconies, and dust inside the house on floor and some furniture. Quite some confusion on Cleaning fee... Make sure that is sorted.”

“Had a great Long weekend here with my Fiancé and our Best Friends. Great Property. It snowed all weekend and we were happy to be “stuck” in the cabin. Hanging out in the hot tub, grilling good food and chilling being warm by the fire. Honestly would recommend just bringing a bunch of food to stock the fridge and hanging up the keys for the duration of your stay. We brought an Xbox for some streaming and gaming during our lazy weekend. Played board games and cooked every meal. Great time. Great……
