“Alder Brook Lodge is a beautiful property with amazing views. We were so impressed by the space we had for all ages to spread out. We loved splashing in the brook and having a pool tourney! Great response time from the host too! Would definitely stay again!!”

“Stayed here for two nights over the July 4 weekend. The cabin is beautiful and very well stocked. The communication with the owner is over the top pleasant and timely. He provided us key locations to go sightseeing and for July 4 fireworks. I would recommend this cabin for anybody in the future.”

A few things I learned that might be useful to others in making plans:- The game warden was on us within 5 minutes of dropping a fishing line in the water - make sure you have the necessary fishing license (thankfully we did)- Fishing was kind of a bust, but that cant be blamed on the house -……

“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“We were so impressed by this cabin house. The location is surrounded by trees and nature which made for a peaceful, private, escape. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, very large and accomodating, and spotless. We were so happy we chose this house for our family vacation. “Beautiful quiet and peaceful area, me and my daughter enjoyed a mini getaway to Faraway Pond. The adorable cottage had all the amenities needed and we loved the scenic view of the pond and the kayaks. Got some awesome sunset pictures! Mary was super responsive and thoughtful.
