“Nice clean house. Good location for outlaw trail riding. H&M trails a lil further away. Good parking but could be more parking closer to the house. The only main complaint several people had was the barking dogs in the neighborhood. Overall a good stay and would stay again if wanting that area.”

“Owner was friendly, answered messages very quickly and helped make my birthday weekend extra special! Great location for trails and there is a tavern and store right across the road. House itself was very clean and well taken care of with everything you would find in your own home. Also loved that there was 2 living areas. We had 2 families staying in the house and we were all able to have our own space. ”

“Nice spacious home with many amenities. Great location to trails. Quiet neighborhood - no loud road noise as we have experienced at other properties. Only issues were: I could not get the front door to bolt when we left, even after following instructions. And could have used a few more towels, especially in the kitchen. Also, please advise other guests if they need to provide blankets. I typically always carry a few thankfully. Loved the amount of space in the house for relaxing and for eating……

“Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. ”
