“Great location about 10 to 15 minutes drive from La Fortuna. There is a great breakfast/ lunch place nearby however as well as some small Supers. The place itself is excellent with comfortable beds and good showers. It was just me and my partner and it would be ideal for two couples. The hot tub is also very good and the view of Arenal from the balcony is fantastic. I would recommend having a small 4x4 for the gravel roads up to the property and around the area.Thanks for having us in this……

“Ken was a great host and a valuable source of information re places to see and activities in the area. The coffee farm was a charming place to stay. ”

“Casa Calibri Rubi is a beautiful and spacious home in a private gated community, extremely clean, upgraded throughout. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, great A/C units, very nice bathrooms with shower gels/shampoo/conditioner provided. We appreciated that Arnaldo provided detailed instructions on how to use security codes, appliances, A/C, etc. He is a great host. We really liked the wonderful outdoor living space. “This beautiful unique house is in a wonderful country setting. I had my morning coffee on the gazebo while a horse watched me. The area restaurants were very good and either walkable or a short drive. We also enjoyed water activities on the nearby lake.”

“The property was beautiful and very secure.The highway had noise, but it didn’t bother us.There was a problem with the pool, but the owner was very responsive. I would recommend this property to others.”
