“I only picked this hotel because it was the only one available on a holiday weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was definitely like walking into old world elegance. I kind of wish I had been able to stay longer, but I'll know about it next time. Every detail looked attended to and the grounds were gorgeous! I showed up quite late and the gentleman at the front desk greeted me by name since I was the last one to show up. Very nice.”

“酒店比较靠近欧洲之门，离其它景点的位置较远。大楼外观普通，每个房间窗户的一半都被一种装饰板遮住，真是浪费了窗户的作用。酒店图片重点宣传的pool还要额外花钱才能进入。酒店房内设施不错，但整体性价比实在不敢恭维。”

“WI-FI的訊號不是很好，每層樓似乎只有2台，功率不強，網路速度半夜才比較快，約70-80KB/S，白天約40-50KB/S，地鐵離CUZCO站約5分鐘路程，早餐還可以，但天天都是相同，只有週六會比較好一點，有培根肉及多一種水果，房間空間剛剛而已，並不是很大，無附牙刷、但有附沐浴露、洗髮露2用”

“I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!”

“Estuvimos 12 días en el hotel y todo fue increíble, el servicio espectacular, el desayuno muy rico, la limpieza de las habitaciones increíble. Por último el restaurante y bar también buen servicio y comida/bebidas. Por último me gustaría agradecer al personal de Front Desk que siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades, incluso Félix un compañero de ahí me ayudó a decorar el cuarto para mi familia!
