“The property was just as described. Eladio is a great host with even better excursions. The first day we seen howler monkeys, macaws, white face monkeys and plenty of crocodiles. The parrots play in the trees right outside of the house along with the iguanas. ”

“This was our favorite place to stay as a family! We have 3 children (ages 11,14,16), and we loved staying in this beautiful, quaint little house in the most beautiful garden setting. It's just 30 minutes from Rio Celeste, and about an hour from Liberia airport, so it's in a great location. The family who owns this place is extremely kind and friendly, and they made us feel very welcome! “We could not get in when we arrived, stood outside the gate yelling for the owner for 10 minutes because we didn't have any phone service and the host had not given us the Wifi information prior. Finally my friend got service somehow and contacted the host through VRBO. Room was HOT (no A/C but I think A/C was listed in the amenities), very very LOUD. “This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. Would love to return when it is NOT raining. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great place to stay and easy to get to with good roads. We toured the chocolate farm……
