The owner was very responsive to my comments and requests and as long as he follows through on these, this is a great place to stay in Waterloo with easy access to downtown Waterloo and the universities. “The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were about a 3 - 4 minute drive away very convenient. The host was very responsive in terms of replying. I would recommend and stay again. One note, I was unaware of an additional temporary charge (hold on credit card) in terms of a security deposit for the rental. It was only a temporary hold but I was unaware of that and the i.d. check in scan (photo) having utilized other rentals……
