“Wir haben selten ein so freundliches Personal erlebt. Total bemüht und wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut, eher in der Qualität als in der Quantität aber das war voll ok. Wir hatten eines der noch nicht renovierten Zimmer, welches aber sehr sauber war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen alleine wegen des Personals/der Eigentümer gerne wieder.”

“Friendly staff and cheerful atmosphere were very good. It is a small hotel and does not seem to have a lift. The wifi environment was so comfortable that there is nothing to say. The keys are age-old and a bit tricky. But this was not a problem either. We were impressed with the shower that didn't leak outside. “This hotel is quaint and charming with very attentive staff. The restaurant food is superb! It is near train tracks but the windows close out the noise perfectly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that it is not in the main town of St.Goar. This isn’t a problem if you have a car or bike. We thought we could walk it but we underestimated how far it is. We had to rely on the local taxi and while very efficient, it cost us 18 euros every trip (each way)……

“The room was cleaned quickly and efficiently. The personnel there is friendly and helpful. The church bell could be a problem, if you are a light sleeper, because they would ring out quite often, (although I had no problem, some of my friends had some problems). Overall, I really enjoyed our stay.”
