“早在到酒店雖然未能check-in, 但職員說可放低行李在電梯旁通道, 雖然應承可送上房間, 但晚上回來仍見到各行李原封不動未有遺失, 足見住客們及職員老實。房間只供應ㄧ支500ml免費樽裝水其餘要收費。另外, 最好玩是花灑浴室冇趟門, 冲涼時可弄濕整間廁所, 冇得頂。”

“Late Check-in went not smooth because the check-in machine couldn’t find my booking, but after calling the staff helped us very quick. Our room was close to the high way which made it a bit noisy. Apart from that really nice and clean hotel. ”

“訂購房型說明為1大床與1小床，實際上只有二小床，房間大小更離譜，只有一半大小16平方米，向飯店櫃台回應，不許我們更換房型，請向Hotel.com反應，但都沒回應，真是很不愉快的住宿經驗。”

“Bra hotell och smidigt att parkera. Fräscht poolområde med ett litet tak för skugga om man vill. Vi åkte buss in till centrum, var väldigt enkelt. Endast en i personalen verkar kunna Engelska, men det mesta löste sig ändå. Ingen luftkonditionering, men rummet hade en fläkt så luften rörde sig i alla fall lite. Trevlig balkong, mycket fint badrum och bekväm säng. ”

“The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient.”

“Hotel was clean and had breakfast from 6-10 every morning for a purchase. I loved our rooms and bathroom. The place had a cozy atmosphere to it and pleasant view from my window. Each room had a portable fan and I could open the window for a fresh air! First I was disappointed that rooms had no A/C , since we were there in August. But, with windows open letting fresh mountain air in and the fan, I spent a very comfortable night there. ”

“Its ok. No air-conditioning but the weather is not hot too. Also, no elevator to 3rd floor where i stayed. So, due to climbing of a long staircase, I have to get all my stuff for the day everyday before going out to avoid climbing multiple times a day. Although, The room is clean and comfortable.”
