We booked a harbour view room with Expedia and asked about the VIP room upgrade on check-in however the upgraded room was run down and no view and dark. When we asked for the original room w/ harbour view, it was 100 times better, bright and nice views... Staff in general are all very friendly and polite - all from Africa with great manners, care, and willingness to help. ”
