“Super near to metro just 1 minutes, the staff is very nice, helpful and they can speak English. I need mobile sim card for internet access and phone calls, I ask the hotel staff where to buy, they are very nice that they draw me a map for showing the location. One improvement is their Wifi connection need to improve. I am happy along with the trip with this hotel.”

“This hotel was a great place to stay in Paris. The hotel staff was hit or miss. A few workers were super nice and helpful. Others not as much or made us feel like we were a bother. The rooms were impeccable. The fixtures in the bathroom were great. The sound proofing of the room was so so. It was good enough for being on a busy Paris street. Location was amazing. Would stay here again. ”

“It is clean and the bed is comfortable, but there is a smell like wood. It can be solved by opening the window. Another problem is about the wall, which is too thin and enable you to hear the sound from next room. ( Luckily they stop making “ love” sound in midnight) The staff doesn’t know English, so you may can’t ask him anything , including hotel shuttle service( I didn’t use this service at last) it is convenient to go to ORLY airport.”

“smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately. ”
