“Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. “If the full score is 100, it is definitely worth 101! This geographical location is convenient for us to go anywhere. I have lived in many condos, which is the most beautiful. “I really liked this place as it was nice and clean and affordable.
Now i did wish i new it wasn't the best as a foreigner to walk around outside much, so if your looking to do so maybe consider closer to MOA but if you don't mind taking a grab to go places when you leave this place is definitely in the budget.

“Som jag har förstått det är detta separata lägenheter (sviter) som ägs av olika privatpersoner/företag. Sviterna hyrs ut när ägarna själva inte väljer att bo där.
Det innebär i sin tur att standarden mellan de olika sviterna troligtvis kan skilja sig mycket åt. Den är inte enhetlig som på ett vanligt hotell.
På så sätt kan det nog bli lite av ett lotteri om man får en högre eller lägre standard på boendet. Eventuellt ställs det minimikrav som måste uppfyllas men det är inget jag känner……

“The unit was smaller than I envisioned, but my real issue was the elevator in the high-rise. It really took forever and the elevators were always crowded. Stopping on so many floors to get to the 53rd floor. ”

"酒店有很傳統的格調，感覺奢華。房間整潔，但單人床比較細少一點。泊車有很多位置，分酒店左右兩旁，靠左邊的會近一點，如果靠右邊就要行多3，4分鐘的路程。自助早餐非常多種類的食物，味道也不錯，我地食埋自助晚餐，同樣地好值得嘗試，物有所值。最後我用埋佢酒店的其他設施，包括游泳池，健身室等，按摩也差一點想試埋，不過最後覺得有點貴就沒有試了。"

"本來是個很棒的飯店 但跟以前不一樣了 早餐變得難吃了 好像換廚師 之前是個外國人 都會出來跟客人打招呼 房間面紙沒了都沒有補 廁所垃圾桶也沒清 最差的是退房的時候跟櫃檯人員反應他的態度很沒有誠意 好像不管他的事 好可惜以後不會去了"

WORST Experience with Holiday Inn
"The WORST experience I had with Holiday Inn. In the first night, the A/C didn't work, waited over 30 minutes for the engineer to come. They just checked and told me it was fixed. Do you think the A/C is like human body and it will automatically recover itself??? Then I waited another 30 minutes, the A/C still didn't work. After that, I complained to the supervisor and they gave me another room. The whole thing took me 2 hours, I can't even go to bed at 2am.
On the 2nd night, the A/C in the new room started to get noisy. Then I ask them to come to fixed it. After it was fixed, then there were faeces or rusty water kept leaking really bad in bathroom!!!!!!
Futhermore, the refrigerator is very very very noisy.
On the other hand, the swimming pool water is badly polluted. The operator do not know anything about water chemical.
Last of all, the bed sheet got lots of stains!!!"
