"The WORST experience I had with Holiday Inn. In the first night, the A/C didn't work, waited over 30 minutes for the engineer to come. They just checked and told me it was fixed. Do you think the A/C will automatically recover itself??? Then I waited another 30 minutes, the A/C still didn't work. ..."
