“We had a great time at Leon and Elaine's cabin. The cabin itself is well set up and we had all the essentials we needed for sleeping, cooking, and bathing. The outside space is great, we had a fire almost every night and paddled as far as we dared on the large lake which is easily accessible from multiple points on the property. “This property was exactly how it was listed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was enough Bath towels and other towels for swimming. My grandchildren had so much fun on the lake with the tubes and Kayaks that we brought along with us. If you want relaxing and fresh air this is the place to go. I will definitely be renting this house again. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Received all the information on how to get in the house timely. “We had a great stay at this nice cottage!! The location is perfect, right on the lake but close to town. We loved the enclosed porch and it had many nice touches to make it comfortable for guests. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed it too! We will be back!”

“Perfect, quiet weekend away for my husband and I! The front porch was where we spent all our time. Very clean, anything we needed was available, and Kim was very communicative in making sure we were all set. As with many Maine camps, very steep stairs to the upstairs sleeping area but it’s well lit. Neighbors are very close but everyone was nice and welcoming. We rented a boat for the day from Merrill’s Marina half a mile away and explored the lake that way. We would definitely stay again!”

This is an extremely well equipped rental property, with the best outfitted kitchen I have ever had in a vacation rental. Bed was soft but comfortable.
