“While check in host and facility were very nice, it was surprising and very inconvenient to learn the airport shuttle did NOT run for early morning flights. There was NO indication of this on the web site, and that service was one of the key factors in my choosing this property over others. I hope management can address this significant and inconvenient gap in service with me and for others. ”

“To be honest I would have given a better review head the room I was inhad not been right above their laundry room and every time they did laundry for the day you could hear the pipes rattling in the room which would wake me up.”

“The hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the front counter are friendly, cheerful, & helpful. The room was clean. My only issue is we booked a room for 3 people & we only had towels for 2. We went to the front counter & the staff was very apologetic but said they were completely out of towels due to hotel being fully booked. She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere. ”
