“El hotel está ubicado en una urbanización muy bonita, a 20 min andando del metro de Mairena. Está algo desactualizado, habría que sustituir algunas cosas que están un poco viejas pero la habitación era muy amplia, muy luminosa, estaba limpia y tenía lo necesario para poder cocinar. Tiene una amplia y bonita piscina que no pudimos disfrutar por viajar en invierno. Fuimos con nuestra perra y nos cobraron 10 € por día pero al menos nos dieron un detalle para ella que no es lo habitual.”

“It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. “This property was literally next to Seville Cathedral and Alcazar walkable distance to many tourist attractions. As we communicated that we are arriving late, they prepared the sofa bed ready to sleep.They stocked the fridge with water and some beer, which was very thoughtful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, highly recommended this place for someone that would like to stay closer to tourist attractions.”

“I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door……

"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

Hotel with potential to be truly 5*

"Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too..."
