“The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room cleaning was very good. Hotel also offers free bottle of water and juice, snacks and coffee, which is really nice. The parking was a bit pricy but it is convenient as it is right at the basement of this hotel. We will definitely stay again. The only complaint we had was the breakfast, it was too simple for breakfast buffet. ”

“到达的这天正好是西班牙的三王节，酒店很热情地一一介绍，还帮忙定了弗拉门戈的门票，早餐也不错有些菜品会变化，就是蔬菜少了一点。地理位置优越，离景点近基本都是10分钟左右，离西班牙广场稍微有点远，大概20分钟步行。”

“the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. ”

“Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number -……

Unfortunately on the first night the bathroom window suddenly fell down without anyone touching it, and we had to change rooms twice. It was OK, though the new room was not as spacious; but what really upsets me is the hotel falsely suspected us to be the ones who broke the window without clarifying with us, and the male receptionist (or hoel manager) on the moening of Feb. 10th gave us a poker face without……
