“If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we……

“We had a superb stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. There's a washer/dryer available for free to guest, on the 2nd floor. The pool is nice, with lounger chairs + umbrellas, and the water was warm, even in May, which was nice after a hot day outside. Pool area always has part shade, part sun, which ever feels good for you. 10/10 for everything.”

“地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 ”

“The staff at this hotel is exceptional, extremely kind and professional. The front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff all made my stay comfortable and fun. I highly recommend the breakfast, and the free afternoon drinks/snack! Rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. Great location with the majority of the Sevilla sites and great restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. Highly recommend!”
