“Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest. I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same. First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number -……
