“Tatiana had been a great host to us. Communication skill was perfect. Her restaurant recommendation and sightseeing tips were very precise and accurate Her prompt ability to solve problems was efficient. The only issue we encountered was - the only window was facing central sky light of the building, so there is no fresh air circulation. Only option was to keep air-con on - there was no kettle, got hot water from coffee machine ”

“I stayed here for 4 night. When I first enter the apartment hairdryer and duvet were not provided and I need to ask for it. This needs improvement. For the second night when I came back the heater was not working from both the kitchen and shower, but I have 2 Children who needed to shower, so that they used cold water to shower. I messaged the apartment right away and they have someone to take a look the next morning. The heater could not be fixed but they let us access the apartment next door……

However, parking was a challenge—they should make it clear that parking is limited and consider offering discounted options. I ended up paying £25 per night to park at a nearby hospital, which wasn’t ideal”

“The apartment is spacious and newly renovated. Everything is clean and there are good facilities, including washing machine, cooking utensils, etc. It is at the heart of the city, so it is convenient to go to the tourist spots. Above all, Alfonso and his colleague are very helpful. He contacted me making arrangements to ensure that I arrived safely. I will definitely stay in this apartment again if I go to Seville next time.”

“The apartment was fantastic. It was clean and bright with well defined areas, kitchen, seating area and bedroom all with their own lighting. The apartment is between two squares, one with bars and the other with a garden and the balcony was a great place to stand, take in the atmosphere and watch the sunset. It was ideally located a few minutes away from the Cathedral etc and lots of local bars. My only really minor quibble was that we only had one dishwasher tablet for a four day stay so had to……

“Clean, good location, well decorated. There was a problem to check in. Nobody there at night. We got entrance code through email. Finally it was solved. There is no safe box. But it is a good area and nothing to worry about! Will recommend this hotel to my friends ”
